Tai Chi Swords & Fans

The advanced class for Tai Chi on Tuesdays is to learn Fans and Swords which are weapons.  These are taught after levels 1 to 6 have been completed. It is only by learning the hand, foot and body movements of Tai Chi that you can incorporate them while holding a sword. Lohan and Wild Goose are also taught. Tao Yin Heart Calming exercises are also being taught for our Group to learn.  These exercises are part of Modern Chinese Medicine. Qigong gentle exercise sets are easy to learn and follow.  Practising Qigong exercise can help minimise some anxiety and fear associated with illness and its treatments, to quieten the mind and develop an awareness of the body’s energy.  It can be done anywhere, anytime.

Anyone is welcome to come along and learn the Qigong exercises without completing Tai Chi levels  1-6.

Classes are held each Tuesday morning in the auditorium starting at 9.00am and finishing at 10.45am.

 Cost is only $4.50
